Mmmmmmmmm 3800 Series II L67.......I used to have a riviera that was a camera car on woodward for a few weekends. One of my fondest memories was the night I ended up shooting a race between a stock regal GS, a tuned G35, and I believe a civic Si. Don't quite recall. The Regal GS won handily and my Riv was holding right there with them. Don't ever discount the 3800 S/C motors. Great engine placed in terrible cars. They respond well to some minor upgrades but they sound like ass. At least supercharged models get that lovely whine to drown out exhaust noise.
PSA - don't be a tard and put a "short ram intake" which is little more than a filter at the supercharger opening. You'll do nothing but suck in hot air and ruin your power gains by having incredibly thin air due to the high intake temperatures. Thermal wrap an intake pipe and place the cone filtered opening low in the front. No intercooler is necessary unless you want well over 300 hp.

I used to race a buddy who had one with my old 850R and it was close every time.
